Just Closed! Shopping Center Acquired in Buffalo Grove

Kensington recently acquired the 127,200 SF Buffalo Grove Town Center located at the NWC of Lake Cook Rd & Rt 83. Kensington is redeveloping the 22-acre site into a grocery anchored mixed-use development consisting of 300 luxury apartments, multiple restaurants, and retail. The Clove is breaking ground immediately for 2023 retailer openings.
