The Village of Schaumburg and Kensington recently approved the Redevelopment Agreement and future sale to Andretti’s Indoor Karting to kick-off Phase I of the 23-acre 90North District East. The 80,000 SF multi-level karting and entertainment venue is projected to break ground in 2023 along with the 900-car parking garage.
